Just back from a fantastic stay at Tranquilseas in Sandy Bay! We spent a week there and loved every minute. The staff was amazing, taking care of our every need. The property is stunning, with our room, the Tree Frog, offering breathtaking ocean views from its high location. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The room itself was small but very comfortable, with great AC and hot water. The restaurant, run by Brian and Vanessa, had delicious vegetarian options. The dive shop, with Iron as our guide, took us to incredible spots in small groups. Can't recommend this peaceful and fun holiday spot enough!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel!

We had an incredible stay at Tranquilseas! the property is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and a tropical island paradise vibe. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the hotel to the restaurant and dive shop. the onsite dive shop was a huge bonus, offering incredible diving experiences with small groups. the restaurant had amazing breakfast options and plenty of vegetarian choices. the hummingbird suite was spacious and had a private deck, perfect for relaxing after a day of diving. Staying a bit further away from the busier area of West End was a great decision for us, as it allowed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Roatan and stayed at Tranquilseas. The Hummingbird Suite, set apart from other cabins, offered beautiful views from the porch. The housekeeping staff, Sayda and Leslie, did an excellent job. The food was consistently good, with impeccable service from Vanessa, Bryan, and Harry. The full bar, run by David, and the pool with a waterfall added to the experience. The on-site diving company, SeaDivers Roatan, led by Amanda, Samuel, and George. Jordan, the manager, ensured a smooth stay. The location was convenient to explore the island.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful eco lodge in Roatan. The resort had a small, intimate feel, with a fantastic restaurant, diving shop, and steps away from the ocean. The staff and owners were incredibly attentive and made me feel like family. I loved the diving experience with Iron and Alex. The room I stayed in, Hummingbird, had a stunning ocean view from the patio. The resort is perfect for a romantic honeymoon getaway.
There was some construction going on during my stay, but the owners provided a generous discount to make up for the inconvenience. The restaurant could get loud on weekends, but it was not a frequent occurrence.
